Nov. 28th (Fri.)14:00 – 17:30: Learning from the Philosophy and Tradition of Japan.
How to create an impact in society and education in an innovative way by looking at Japan’s traditional past. The event is by donation. The after-party networking event will be from 18:00-20:00 (¥1500 all).
Nov. 29th (Sat.)14:00 – 18:00: Karasuma Tea Ceremony
Roundtable discussions and workshops about Japanese traditional arts and crafts and how it relates to modern culture. Tea and sweets will be served and of course kimono is optional.

Mayumi Hara and Yamashita Asako from AS2 Art Party. Matsunaga Kyoko, book artist, will be featured in our Tokonoma.
Sawyer Kai, peace activist and founder of Tokyo Urban Permaculture and Living Permaculture [English].
Diego Pellecchia, Noh theater scholar and practitioner, from the International Noh Institute.

Hear anecdotes from a sustainable fisherman, hunter, permaculture farmer and a villager from all over Japan, and get motivated to try some ideas for sustainable living in your own life. (¥500 member/ ¥1000 non-member)
