Sexy Salad〜秋の味覚！新そばの会

海外のImpact Hubでも開催されるクリエイティブなランチタイムSexy Salad（セクシー・サラダ）。

ステキな仲間たちと、美味しい食べ物や最近思いついたアイデア、新しい発見を持ち寄る時間です。

今回は、メンバーのトムトム（すなお企画）と、
松居くん（Edible Class Design）が企画＆料理を担当。

9月のSexySaladでの参加者のアイデアも取り入れた「循環型プランター」の試作第2弾が完成しました。

更なる改良や展開に向け参加者の皆さんの声を募集します。

実は「循環型プランター」の試作品、京都の杉を使用してます。

地域の資源が上手く循環することも目指しているのです。

料理は、長野県開田高原の新そばや野菜を用意します。

参加費：５００円 (HUB会員は持ち寄りがあれば、無料です！）
