「会所」(kai-sho) – A place where diverse groups of people interact and collaborate regardless of title or status.

This Nishijin Industrial Creation Hall is an important cultural asset born in the Taisho era (1912-1926), and is a hideaway space with a very open feel. Why don’t you work while relaxing in the coworking space here, or use the rental space for various purposes? We use the word “kaisho” with respect to this place to represent our relationship with Kyoto and the philosophy of Impact Hub.

1. 会所(コワーキングスペース,シェアオフィスCOWORKING SPACE/ SHARE OFFICE

The coworking space and shared office space includes a library with a unique selection of books, a comfortable network environment, healthy drinks and snacks (free of charge), a space for napping (free of charge), and printing services*. (*Drop-in use is 1,000 yen for the whole day)
Users come from a variety of professions and nationalities, including entrepreneurs, freelancers, office workers, housewives, lawyers, executives, local government officials, university students, and NPOs. It can be used as a study room, a work space, a café space, a meeting place, or for any other purpose. (*For those who plan to use the space on a regular basis, becoming a member is even more affordable, as registration is possible with a minimum of 100 HUBs. 2. EVENT SPACE

The first floor can be used as a rental conference room, and the second and third floors can be used as rental space for various events.
(Examples of past use: in-house training, seminars, press conferences, lectures, workshops, academic conferences, off-campus classes, video conferences, hackathons, board meetings, business meetings, parties, recruitment briefings, food tasting, public viewing, theater performances, art exhibitions, yoga, meditation sessions, study sessions, drama filming, etc.)
Projector, screen, microphones, speakers, PA, and other equipment are available free of charge (reservation required); there is a kitchen on the 3rd floor with induction stove, and glasses and other tableware are also available free of charge.
