オランダのMaastricht Universityで経営学（インターナショナルマネージメント）修士号を取得。シンガポールのNTU大学でも１学期間の留学経験を有する。

2006年、ビジネスコンサルタント事業　Realize!　を創立。Realize!は組織開発と人材育成におけるConscious Businessの実践を専門とする。IBMやMicrosoftなど国際的な企業や多くの中小企業と働く経験を持つ。www.realize.nl

Drs. Jeroen Maes has a Masters Degree in Economics (International Management), and an one year degree (propedeuse) in Psychology, from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He also studied one semester at NTU university in Singapore.

In 2006, Jeroen Co-Founded business consultancy company Realize!. Realize! specializes in the application of Conscious Business in the fields of organizational and leadership development. He worked with a broad range of companies from Multinationals like IBM and Microsoft to many fast growing small & medium sized businesses. www.realize.nl

Jeroen Co-Founded Waking Up The Workplace, an online teaching academy about the most innovative tools in business. www.wakinguptheworkplace.com Working together with people like David Allen, Otto Scharmer, Fred Kofman and Brian Robertson.

Internationally, Jeroen worked in the Netherlands, Germany, England, Mexico, Guatemala, South Africa and the United States. In Guatemala he helped Fred Kofman (MIT teacher of the year, Executive Coach and author of the book “Conscious Business”) in the Business Start Up of the Conscious Business Center.

Jeroen is passionate about exploring life, personal development, traveling countries, innovative technologies and studying ancient traditions. Finally, he is an avid practitioner of Martial Arts (Kung FU, Tai Chi), Chi Kung and Meditation.
